DFRUN 4 axles 40ft flatbed trailers will be shipped to Ghana

Thanks for our customer's trust. Our DFRUN 4 axles 40ft flatbed trailers ordered by our customer have been completed and will soon be shipped to Ghana.

As a core type of heavy-duty transport equipment, its core function is to efficiently carry and transport oversized, overweight goods, especially suitable for multi-scenario logistics transshipment needs. Its specific functions can be divided into the following two categories: 

1. Container-specific transport: This is one of its most core uses. It can precisely adapt to standard containers such as 20-foot, 40-foot, and 45-foot containers, supporting both single-container (one 40-foot or one 20-foot) transport and simultaneous loading of two 20-foot containers. Equipped with ISO standard twist-lock devices, it can firmly secure containers, adapting to multi-node intermodal transport scenarios involving ships, ports, roads, and transshipment stations, making it a key carrier for "door-to-door" transportation in international logistics.

2. Bulk and heavy cargo transportation: Utilizing a high-tensile-strength alloy steel frame such as Q355B, and a 4-axle design (13-16 tons per axle), the effective load can reach 50-60 tons. It can transport bulk goods such as steel, stone, and cement bags, as well as oversized cargo such as engineering machinery and heavy components. Optional air suspension or spring suspension can be installed to maintain stability on rough roads, reduce cargo wear, and balance load-bearing capacity with transportation safety.

Production process: We adopt a combination of robotic automatic welding and manual repair welding. The main frame (longitudinal beams and cross beams) uses Q355B high-strength alloy steel, and the weld strength reaches more than 90% of the base material, avoiding the risk of cracking under heavy load.

Shipping: We use two flatbed trailers placed inside one container to minimize transportation damage, reduce overall logistics costs, and provide convenience for our customers.
